The whole kitchen is gluten free, so there is no cross contamination to worry about. Celiac families, gluten sensitive friends, and people who just want a really good cookie all get the same box.

Ordered these for my mom as she is recently strictly gluten free. Let me tell you, delicious doesn't even begin to cover it! Not to mention the turn around time was immediate! We sampled 5 different flavors and we loved EVERY single one of them!

Hilery's cookies are truly a blessing and a warm hug. Living with two newly diagnosed celiac children means missing out on most baked sweets. My 14 year old took 2 dozen to his baseball team and no one knew they were gluten free!
